  4. These Terms constitute the regulations referred to in Art. 8 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and comply with relevant EU regulations, including the Digital Services Act (DSA).

§ 2. Definitions

  1. User – any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality using the Website.
  2. Electronic Services – services provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the Website (e.g., browsing content, contact form).
  3. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
  4. DSA – Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Single Market for Digital Services (Digital Services Act).

  3. Important Note: These Terms apply strictly to the use of the Website. The actual provision of fulfillment services (warehousing, shipping, etc.) is governed by separate B2B commercial contracts signed individually with Clients. Information provided on the Website does not constitute a binding commercial offer under the Civil Code but rather an invitation to treat/negotiate.
