Inbound & SKU prep

Storage & visibility

We place each SKU in the right storage location and give you real-time visibility on stock by site, available-to-sell quantities, low-stock alerts, and movement history for every item.

Pick, Pack, Ship & tracking

We pick and pack orders to your SOPs, use agreed packaging and inserts, follow your carrier rules, ship same-day before cut-off (eligible orders), and send tracking updates back into Shopify automatically.

How fast is the integration?

In most cases we can complete the technical integration within one working day once we have Shopify admin access and your locations mapped. We then process test orders before go-live to make sure everything works as expected.

Do you support Shopify multi-location and Markets?

Yes. Our WMS can mirror your Shopify Locations and support setups using Shopify Markets. This lets you route orders to the most suitable warehouse and keep stock correct by region.

Can you handle returns from the UK and the EU?
