Every box and pallet must carry a unique, valid FNSKU or shipping label. Mixed SKU pallets must be clearly marked as "Mixed Merchandise" or "Mixed SKUs".
Architecting a Frictionless Border Strategy for SZZ1
Thriving at the Kołbaskowo terminal requires more than just booking a delivery slot; it demands a synchronized, end-to-end border strategy. To fully exploit this high-volume gateway into Germany, you must neutralize administrative delays and optimize every leg of the journey. By integrating these targeted operational pillars, you transform border proximity into a dominant competitive advantage:
High-Volume Freight Consolidation (FTL/LTL): Maximizing transit efficiency into the SZZ1 gateway is critical for protecting your margins. We consolidate your inbound shipments, optimizing trailer space and reducing overall transit costs before orchestrating the final delivery through Amazon Carrier Central, ensuring your freight moves across the border with maximum financial efficiency.
Cross-Border Customs & Tax Synchronization: For brands importing from outside the EU, administrative friction can instantly kill sales velocity. We manage the complex flow of international imports, handling customs clearance and ensuring your VAT documentation is perfectly synchronized for immediate injection into the German market, preventing costly transit halts.
Reverse Logistics & Returns Processing: Protecting your bottom line means taking control of unfulfillable inventory coming back from consumers. Instead of absorbing Amazon's high long-term storage or disposal fees, we intercept removals and customer returns. Our team verifies, refurbishes, and re-processes your stock locally in Poland, recovering its value for immediate resale.
Absolute Quality Control via the FBA Prep Center: Even the fastest supply chain will instantly halt if goods are rejected at the SZZ1 automated gates. Functioning as your ultimate quality firewall, our prep facility conducts rigorous physical audits of your cargo. We re-palletize loads to meet exact A-Grade Euro-standard dimensions and ensure barcode placement is surgically precise, effectively eliminating the financial threat of automated intake rejections.
