Tactical Supply Chain Solutions for the MAD6 Anchor
Thriving at the Illescas terminal demands a synchronized, end-to-end inbound strategy that neutralizes administrative delays and optimizes every leg of the journey. We address the most critical cross-border challenges to transform your logistics into a competitive advantage by deploying a focused suite of dedicated services:
If you need to balance massive central European throughput with healthy inventory metrics: Our Pre Amazon Storage provides a critical localized buffer securely outside the Amazon network. This allows you to inject inventory into MAD6 precisely when sales velocity demands it, preventing aggressive overage fees while keeping your bulk stock safely staged just outside the highly congested Madrid zone.
If you are looking to achieve true operational resilience and scale beyond a single platform: Our B2C & B2B Fulfillment infrastructure allows you to establish an autonomous distribution hub. You can bypass total reliance on the Amazon network and fulfill orders for independent webshops or wholesale partners directly from our secure warehousing, creating a flexible, omnichannel supply chain that leverages the geographic advantages of the central Spanish corridor.
If you want to protect your margins from high return costs in the Spanish market: You can regain control through our Processing Amazon Removals & B2C Returns. Instead of absorbing Amazon's steep long-term storage or automated disposal fees at MAD6, we intercept your removals and customer returns. Our team verifies, refurbishes, and recovers the value of your stock locally, preparing it for immediate resale and protecting your bottom line.
