Labeling Precision: * Use laser printers only (inkjet barcodes often smudge and become unscannable).

Every box and pallet must carry a unique, valid FNSKU or shipping label. Mixed SKU pallets must be clearly marked as "Mixed Merchandise" or "Mixed SKUs".
Accelerating Inbound Velocity for the KTW1 Hub
Thriving at the Sosnowiec terminal requires moving away from reactive shipping and instead building a synchronized, end-to-end inbound architecture. To dominate this high-volume Southern gateway, your strategy must prioritize structural compliance and supply chain agility. By integrating these specific operational pillars, you transform regional logistical hurdles into a streamlined competitive advantage:
Establishing a quality firewall with the FBA prep center: Because KTW1 operates with zero tolerance for physical non-compliance, this service is your primary defense. We perform comprehensive physical audits of your incoming freight, re-palletizing loads to meet strict A-Grade Euro-pallet standards and ensuring barcode placement is surgically precise for Amazon’s optical scanners. This proactively eliminates the risk of costly gate rejections.
Commanding the transit corridor with forwarding to Amazon: The dense Silesian motorway network is a high-pressure environment. We manage the complex choreography of Carrier Central appointments and deploy transport teams who intimately understand KTW1 yard protocols, ensuring your freight clears the gates without administrative friction or trailer detention.
Precision staging with pre Amazon storage: To maintain a healthy IPI score and avoid aggressive overage fees, you need a localized reservoir. Our secure storage infrastructure allows you to buffer bulk inventory outside the Amazon network. This enables a "just-in-time" injection strategy, where stock is moved into KTW1 only when your sales velocity dictates, keeping your operational costs lean.
Omnichannel scaling with B2C & B2B fulfillment: True operational resilience demands independence from a single platform. Through our integrated fulfillment infrastructure, you can establish an autonomous distribution hub right in the heart of Silesia. This allows you to fulfill orders for independent webshops or wholesale partners directly from our secure warehousing, creating a flexible supply chain that leverages the geographic advantages of Southern Poland far beyond the Amazon ecosystem.
Strategic intelligence through the Amazon Fulfillment Centers Directory: In a landscape where fulfillment standards can shift overnight, accurate information acts as your most critical defense. Consistently leveraging our comprehensive Amazon Fulfillment Centers guide provides the essential network intelligence you need to stay ahead of changing technical rules, guaranteeing your cargo is always prepared for a seamless entry.
